What is the maximum and minimum amount to purchase?
The maximum weight of each order should be 6 Kg. or less. Our system will not allow to make orders with weight superior to the established. There is not minimum amount for make a purchase.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the destination it generally takes from 5 to 15 working days for Traditional Certified shipment .
How are claims made if my order arrives in bad shape?

Attach full description of damages and photos if it's possible (We need all information possible for claim to courier).
Remember to open the package in the presence of the carrier and please write down what deficiencies are found. Once the return is made and we verify the deficiency, another order will be sent to you without any cost. The devolution should be made maximum within the 72 hours after you receive the order.
After receiving my order can I change the products?
