INGREDIENTS
Cilantro, yellow pepper, bread crumbs, whole milk cream, powder cheese, wheat flour, cummin, onions, garlic, m.s.g. and salt.

PREPARATION
1. Boil 1 chicken breast in 3 cups of water, salt to taste.
2. Pour envelope content over the meat, stir well, and add 3 cups cold water and kilo (1 pound) of rice. Boiled till almost dry at this point reduce heat to low, etc.
3. Add chicken that has been shredded and cook for 3 more min.

Suggestions:
Serve with boiled potatoes, hard boiled eggs and olives. Add some parmesan cheese, some chopped walnuts or pecans.
